I’m Kevin Pedeaux, a coffee roaster and operator in New Orleans. I started Coast Roast Coffee in 2009, opened CR Coffee Shop on Magazine Street, and today I run St. Roch Market. I also build CoreRail and host Coffee with Kevin.
